Reach Week

This summer ALCC is expanding its reach to impact every city represented at the church. In order to effect that many cities, we need everyone to do their part their respective cities.

Jesus said we should go to the highways and hedges and compel people to come so His house could be filled (Luke 14). Reaching into the surrounding communities through large, organized events and doing small, meaningful reaches on an individual level will compel men and women to come to church and learn more about God’s love.
You have the ability to impact lives this summer. Will you let God use your day, your time? Choose “yes” and watch how it not only helps others but changes your life as well!
Reach Week is happening June 18-23. Here is a list of organized events you can participate in during the week:
– The Independence Village, June 19 at 12:30 pm
– Shoes for Homeless, June 17 in Galveston
– La Marque City Project
– Nursing Home Visits, June 20-21
– Kid’s Day At The Park, June 22 at 6:00 pm
Lunch For Local Firemen & Policemen, June 23 at 12 pm
When you make a personal Reach – tracts, share Jesus with someone, visit a hospital, etc. – or participate in a group Reach, post a picture and tag us at #reachweek17 so we’ll know when your city has been reached.
To get plugged in for an organized Reach, register at the Reach Week Center in the main foyer or call the church office. You can also message us on social media.
